CICBv2 Linux Requirements
IMPORTANT
As you can see from the list below, an extra GNOME extension is only necessary if the desktop environment’s taskbar is at the top of the screen. For all distributions where the OS taskbar is at the bottom by default, no additional extension is needed. In other words, our CICB software should also work with other desktop environments like KDE, as long as the taskbar is positioned at the bottom of the screen.

- [OPTIONAL] Install GNOME Shell Integration via Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. (you can adjust the settings manually)
- [OPTIONAL] Install Dash to Panel extension via Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, then click on the toggle button to enable it. (you can adjust the settings manually)
- Unzip the CICBv2 installation file (zip) to your desired location.
