Return and Refund Policy

!!! WARNING !!!
We cannot refund any used retail license once it binds with a Server ID. In other words, if you already purchased a retail license, and it is bound with a Server ID no matter is your Server or Production Server, then that license is considered used and we cannot neither exchange the license nor return and refund the license fee.

Thank you for choosing CYBER INTEL SYSTEMS software products and services. We strive to provide high-quality software solutions that meet your needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where you must request a return or refund. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.

  1. Definition
    1. Product and Service Provider: CYBER INTEL SYSTEMS
    2. Used Licenses: For software licenses, once it binds with a Server ID, it considers the license redeemed and used.
    3. Unused Licenses: Software licenses that never bind with a Server ID will be considered licenses that are never redeemed and used.
    4. Return Time Frame: 30 days counting started on the same purchase day.
    5. Refund Time Frame: 5~10 business days. Different financial institutions’ process times may be different.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    1. Products: We offer returns on Unused Licenses for our software products within the Return Time Frame. We cannot refund it either after this period or after the license is used.
    2. Services: Refunds for services provided by the Product and Service Provider are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement or contract. Please refer to your specific agreement for refund eligibility.
  3. Eligible Refund Situations
    Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    1. Defective Software: If you encounter technical issues or defects with our software that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
    2. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same software product license (Unused License) more than once, please get in touch with our support team within the Return Time Frame to request a refund for the duplicate purchase.
    3. Services: If a service is sold along with the software, then refunds for part of the service will be considered based on the terms outlined in the service agreement or contract, which is not covered by this policy.
  4. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
    Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
    1. Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for purchases due to a change of mind or a decision to no longer use our software unless the software license remains in Unused License condition and request a return & refund within the Return Time Frame.
    2. Unauthorized Usage: Refunds will not be granted if we detect unauthorized use, piracy, or misuse of our software products.
    3. The customer forgot a prior cancel request: Our software is subscription-based; if you need to cancel it, please get in touch with our customer support team before the charge, and then we can put a hold on it.

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team within the refund eligibility period.
    2. Provide Details: Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant information, such as your account email, order date, order transaction ID, and total spending details.
    3. Assessment: Our support team will assess your request and determine its eligibility based on our policy.
    4. Refund Process: If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process using the original payment method within the Refund Time Frame.

All subscriptions should be canceled before a payment gateway charge. Otherwise, due to PayPal’s non-refundable fee policy, we can only issue a partial refund. The total amount refunded will be your original payment minus payment gateway (PayPal) fees (e.g. rate is 3.86%).
e.g. If your original payment is $100USD, then your total refund will be $100USD – $3.86USD = $96.14USD
