CICB internal vendor accessibility status
The prior April 2025 page was an internal vendor review based on a generic v2.x product label. It was not an independent VPAT, Section 508 certification, or complete assessment of the current CICB 2.9.11.162 release.
Current evidence boundary
- CICB is a native Windows desktop product, not a web content application.
- Accessibility can vary by component, Windows version, display scaling, theme, input method, assistive technology, and customer configuration.
- Source or vendor testing cannot establish conformance for every deployment or workflow.
- The current signed candidate still requires a version-locked accessibility test matrix and independent review before a formal conformance claim.
Procurement guidance
Organizations that require a VPAT or Revised Section 508 evidence package should request the current product version, tested configuration, methods, findings, exceptions, and remediation status. Validate keyboard operation, focus, labels, color/contrast, scaling, multi-monitor behavior, screen-reader compatibility where applicable, and all critical workflows in the intended environment.
